Appointment Etiquette

Just a few tips to make your appointment run smoothly

  • Choose a room that is spacious enough for your treatment
  • Try to ensure the room is warm or cool enough for you
  • Please ensure there is enough workspace, e.g. somewhere to put a wax pot safely
  • Good lighting would be fabulous
  • Access to hot water if you’re having facials, a manicure or pedicure
  • Easy access to a power supply
  • If there are any parking restrictions on your road, please let us know

What to expect

You should expect your therapist to arrive 5-10 minutes early, to allow time to set up so your treatment can begin on time. In the unlikely event she is late, she will endeavour to call or text you to let you know. Sometimes this is not possible as she may driving, and there may not be a safe place to pull over.

You will be asked to complete a brief, one page medical questionnaire for insurance purposes. Please feel free to talk to your therapist about specific concerns as this will help her to understand your needs.

You can then relax and enjoy your treatment!
