Deep tissue massage is perfect for people who are very tense. Here at Blissful Thinking, I don't specialise in 'back rubs'. I aim to make a difference to you by the time I leave. This massage uses lots of different techniques but we generally won't include stretching. This is the one for you if you need an hour to loosen some muscles, have a snooze or a drool (yes, it does happen). I'll gently wake you if you fall asleep when I need you to turn over.
