Sports Massage



Sports massage is for you if you are regularly training for an event or are a gym bunny.  If you want to focus on a specific issue that holding back your training, this is for you.  If your legs are 'ruined' from marathon training, or you're feeling 'beaten up' from a boxing session and your whole body in.  Sports massage is very similar to clinical massage in that I use the same techniques.  It's just much more sport/injury specific.
